Wanted for a release site for ready-to-go blog templates with custom CSS themes (that look really good!). Created 831 days ago. Has never been edited.

You can always use http://irongiant.wikidot.com for that type of website - that is what the site was designed for, site templates. The idea is to eventually allow users to select from those templates when creating their first site… I think.

I figured blogs.wikidot.com was a little bit more obvious a name and more recognisable than irongiant.

Iron Giant was/is the project to collect site templates, there are many, including a blog template. Take a look and you'll see what Shane means. The convention was to name such sites something-template. Thus, if you were following convention you'd create something-blog-template and then add it to the Iron Giant site. At some date users may get these sites proposed when they want to start a new site, and then yours would be proposed too.

I never realised that each IronGiant template has its own site that you can simply clone (which is what I was thinking of doing) - now I know.
